Application

White, cement-based on cement as hydraulic binder, mineral fillers and specially selected additives. It is used for gluing lightweight building materials for thermal and sound insulation such as polystyrene, terracotta for facades and interiors, and for fixing a plastic-rabic grid.

Preparation

The adhesive is used at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C. Mix with water mechanically or manually in ratio of 3:1, leave to sand 10-15 minutes. Then it is stirred again and can be used. The substrate should be firm, well cleaned of unstricted parts and moist. Apply at the ends of the board of polystyrene or tervol and two or three balls of adhesive are placed in the middle. The working time is 4 to 6 hours at 20°C. After the work is completed, hands and tools are washed with water.

Consumption

6.0 – 8.0 kg/ m2 depending on the substrate, for sticking the elements of polystyrene or terracotta together with the installation of a plastic grid over them – demit facede.

Packaging

A two layered natron bag with a PVC coating in the environment that protects against moisture.

Storage

Stored in original packaging in a dry and dark place and at a temperature of 5°C to 35°C.
