Application

Grey cement-based powder adhesive as hydraulic binder, mineral fillers and specially selected additives. Used for bonding lightweight construction materials for thermal and acoustic insulation such as polystyrene, Tervol for facades and interiors and for fixing plastic nets.

Preparation

The adhesive is used at a temperature of +5°C to +35°C. It is mixed with water mechanically or manually in a ratio of 3:1, left to act for 10-15 minutes, then stirred again and it can be used. The substrate should be firm, well cleaned of loose parts and moisture. It is applied to the ends of the polystyrene or Trevol panels, two to three more adhesive balls are placed in the middle. The working time is 4 to 6 hours at 20°C . After work hands and tools are washed with water.

Consumption

6.0 - 8.0 kg/m2 depending on the substrate, for bonding the elements of polystyrene or Tervol, together with the placement of plastic nets - demit facade.

Packaging

Two-layer soda bag with a PVC layer in the middle, which serves as protection against moisture.

Storage

Store in original packaging in a dry, dark place at room temperature from +5°C to +35°C.
